You can visit any TC location, get in the car wash line, and show your code the attendant who will then put a sticker on your windshield. 

 

Single Wash:
Thank you for purchasing a car wash on {date}. Please use this link to populate your wash barcode. Visit any Traverse City location, get in the car wash line, and simply show your code to the attendant.

 

Gift Card:
Dear {customer name}, thank you for purchasing a ${balance} gift card on {DateTime}. Please click the following link to retrieve your gift card barcode {URL}. You can use your gift card for car washes at any of our Traverse City locations. You can check your balance anytime via {GiftCardBalanceURL}.

 

CANCELLATION REASONS:
*Please note customers can reactivate their sticker at any time, just leave it on your windshield!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Monthly Club:
All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.

Unlimited Club Membership is an automatic recharge program and will remain in effect until you log into the customer portal or visit the car wash to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date.

No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.

Wash-N-Go Car Wash may terminate your plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system. Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Wash-N-Go Car Wash. Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the windshield on the driver’s side.

Vehicle must meet Wash-N-Go Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee these guidelines have been satisfied. Wash-N-Go Car Wash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.

Wash-N-Go Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time, close locations due to inclement weather or holidays, equipment maintenance and upgrades.

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Wash-N-Go Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Wash-N-Go Car Wash.

Cash or Wash-N-Go Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Program activation is available only through Wash-N-Go Traverse City locations. Reactivation can be done at the car wash location or through the Portal.

Enrollment into the Wash-N-Go Unlimited Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

 

SINGLE WASHES:
This wash is redeemable at any Wash-N-Go Car Wash location in Traverse City. This entitles holder to one single wash. This holds no monetary value and may not be exchanged or returned for cash.

 

GIFT CARDS:
This card is redeemable for car washes only at Wash-N-Go Car Wash. Payment will be deducted for the card balance until funds are depleted. This card, or any balance, may not be redeemed for cash/monetary value.
